Catering

Lunch and refreshments on 16 and 17 September are included in your registration fee. Lunch on 15 September is included for pre-conference delegates.

There is a variety of food available for vegetarians and we will not serve pork.

Conference Dinner

There will be a networking dinner on 16 September. Please book in advance if you wish to attend. There will be a three-course set menu with considerations for special diets. The dinner is at an extra cost of € 40.00

Pre-Conference Workshops

Pre-conference activities on Tuesday 15 September are included with your ticket. Please bear this in mind when booking travel. Advance booking is required. Registered delegates will receive an invitation to book for workshops approximately three months before the event.

Welcome Reception

15 September 18.00-19.00, Kedea Building. An opportunity to register early and network. Drinks and snacks provided. Included in your registration fee.

Cancellations and Refunds

Registrations cancelled by Friday 17 July 2026 are eligible for a full refund. We do not issue refunds after 17 July.
You can transfer your registration to another person at any time.
